Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”), monthly or annually depending on your plan. Subscriptions auto‑renew unless canceled by you or Omnibookr. To avoid renewal charges, cancel by contacting support or sales before the 15th of the current month.
A valid payment method is required. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Omnibookr to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account. If automatic billing fails, we will issue an invoice requiring manual payment by the due date to maintain access.
Usage‑Based Pricing
In addition to subscription fees, Omnibookr includes usage‑based pricing for select features (e.g., AI actions, API calls, SMS/email sends, third‑party integrations, etc.). Pricing details: omnibookr.com/usage-prices. By using these features, you agree to pay applicable usage charges. Usage pricing may change at any time and is billed in arrears or in real time depending on the feature.
AI Tools and Third‑Party Integrations
- AI outputs are suggestions and may require human review;
- We are not responsible for actions based on AI‑generated content;
- Use of third‑party services is subject to their respective Terms and Privacy Policies;
- Disruptions in third‑party services may impact Omnibookr without liability to us.
Customization and Support Services
We may offer professional services (e.g., onboarding, workflow setup, forms, calendar integrations, customizations). Some services are plan‑inclusive; others are paid add‑ons. Turnaround times and availability are at our discretion and depend on demand and complexity.
Liability
Our website and materials are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Vivien Roggero LLC disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
Changes to Terms
We may update or change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Acceptable Use Policy

This acceptable use policy covers the products, services, and technologies (“Products”) provided by Vivien Roggero LLC under any ongoing agreement. It protects us, our customers, and the Internet community from unethical, irresponsible, and illegal activity. Customers engaging in prohibited activities may face service suspension or termination and, in extreme cases, reporting to authorities.
Fair Use
Our facilities are provided with the assumption of “business as usual” use. Excessive use may incur additional fees or restricted capacity. We oppose all forms of abuse, discrimination, rights infringement, and actions that harm any group, individual, or resource.
Customer Accountability
Customers are responsible for their actions and those of anyone using our Products with their permission, including unauthorized use resulting from inadequate security. By accepting Products, customers agree to ensure adherence to this policy by anyone using the Products as their end users. Complaints will be forwarded to the account’s nominated contact.
If a customer or end user violates this policy, we may terminate any associated Products or accounts, or take remedial action without notice. To the extent permitted by law, no credit is available for interruptions resulting from violations.
Prohibited Activity
Copyright infringement and access to unauthorized material
Products must not be used to transmit, distribute, or store material in violation of any law, including unauthorized use of material protected by IP rights, obscene/defamatory material, illegal threats, or violations of export control laws. Customers are solely responsible for material they create, upload, disseminate, transmit, or publish through our Products and for obtaining permissions to use any works.
SPAM and unauthorized message activity
Products must not be used to send unsolicited bulk/commercial messages (“spam”), run unconfirmed mailing or phone lists, or store contacts subscribed without permission. All lists must be confirmed opt‑in, with verification retained for the life of the list. Purchased lists are prohibited. This applies to messages sent using our Products or from any network that refer recipients to a site hosted via our Products.
Unethical, exploitative, and malicious activity
- Advertising, transmitting, or providing tools intended to violate AUPs or enable abuse (e.g., spam tools, sniffing, spoofing, flooding, DoS);
- Unauthorized access to accounts/resources (“hacking”, “cracking”, “phreaking”);
- Introducing viruses or malicious code;
- Harassment, hate speech, advocacy of intolerance, threats, or discriminatory activity;
- Obtaining services with intent to avoid payment (with us or others);
- Unauthorized access/alteration/destruction of customer or end‑user information;
- Interference with other customers’ use of our facilities/network;
- Publishing/transmitting content or links that incite violence, depict violent acts, depict child exploitation, or threaten health/safety;
- Violations of consumer protection laws; privacy violations;
- Use by or affiliation with illegal gambling; terrorism; narcotics; arms trafficking; or proliferation of WMDs.
Unauthorized Use of Vivien Roggero LLC Property & Brands
We prohibit impersonation of Vivien Roggero LLC, misrepresentation of a significant business relationship with us, or ownership of our property (including Products and brand) to fraudulently gain service, patronage, or user trust.
About this Policy
This policy outlines non‑exclusive activities and intent we deem unacceptable. We may modify this policy at any time by publishing the revised version on our website. The revised version is effective from the earlier of: (i) the date a customer uses our Products after publication; or (ii) 30 days after publication.
